Vegetables have reached record prices in Kosovo in recent days. Currently, the price of one kilogram of pepper reaches around 5 euros, KosovaPress reports. The KosovaPress team has visited markets in the capital, where the price of peppers reaches 4 euros 99 cents per kilogram. Even in other cities in the country, one kilogram of pepper cost 4 euros and 39 cents. The increase in prices was also observed in other vegetable products. Green salad today cost 4 euros and 20 cents, tomatoes 3 euros and 50 cents and potatoes over 1 euro, KosovaPress reports. Currently, it is not the season for pepper production in Kosovo, but the increase in vegetable prices has already become a trend in Kosovo. Meanwhile, currently the prices of meat products are around 10 euros per kilogram.
